The antibody solution should be stored between 2°C and 8°C
Recommended Usage
For flow cytometric staining, it is recommended to use less than 0.25 ug of this reagent per 0.5-1.0 million cells in a 100 µL volume. Optimal reagent performance should be determined by titration for each specific application
Background Information
CD32 is a ~40-kDa polymorphic transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the immunoglobulin superfamily. Also known as FcγRII or FCRII, it is expressed on a wide variety of immune and blood cells including B cells, monocytes/macrophages, granulocytes, platelets, and it has also been detected on natural killer (NK) cells. There are multiple isoforms of CD32 (at least six produced by alternative mRNA splicing). In humans, the major functional subtypes are CD32A and CD32C (activating) and CD32B (inhibitory).
