Functional ELISA assay: Biotinylated human PD-1 (C-His-Avi) is immobilized at 0.5ug/mL, 100 µL/well on the streptavidin pre-coated plate. Recombinant Human PD-L1 (C-Fc) can bind to biotinylated PD-1 (C-His-Avi) in the dose respond manner. HRP Anti-hIgG1 secondary antibody (1:5000) is used as detection reagent. The results showed 50% of the optimal binding response is approximately 4 ng/mL.
