How to Order Online

When placing an order online, you will be asked to provide either a purchase order number or a credit card number for the order to be accepted and processed.

To order online:

1. Login to website with your email and password. If you do not have a login, please request an account using the Login/Sign up link. Quest order is allowed too.
2. Navigate to your product of interest by using the search feature at the top of our site or selecting the product category and narrowing down until you find your product.
3. Select your desired quantity and use the “add to cart” button to add each product to the cart.
4. Review the items in your shopping cart and choose the checkout button once your order is accurate.
5. The first step of the checkout is to validate or enter the correct shipping address based on your login or quest order. opens a page named Customer Details, which should contain the correct shipping and billing information based on your login.
6. The second step of the checkout is to choose a payment method. You can pay by credit card or PayPal account. If you choose Contact for Payment, please enter your email address. We will contact you for confirming purchase order and payment before processing the order.
7. Review all items and order summary. Correct item quantity if needed.
8. Once everything is correct, click on the "PayPal" or "Debit or Credit Card" to process your order and payment. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

Ordering by Email or Phone

When ordering from InnoCyto directly, you can place your orders via email, telephone, or website. Please address your orders to:

Terms and Conditions

Unless otherwise indicated on product labels, InnoCyto products are for research use only and are not intended for diagnostic or therapeutic use.

• Damages or lost vial - Please contact Customer Service within 3 byuness days of receipt of product to report any damages or lost vials.
• Short-filled or leaky vials - Please contact Customer Service immediately if you suspect a vial is short-filled, leaky or otherwise defective.
• Changes to orders - Call or contact Customer Service to request any changes to submitted orders. Additional items may be processed on a new order and be subject to a shipping fee.
• Cancellations - All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to Customer Service info@innocyto.com to ensure tracking and confirmation of cancellation. If order has posted shipment prior to cancellation request, a return authorization can be requested for a credit less the 20% restocking fee ($25 minimum).

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards, as well as purchase orders (POs). The online order is processed through Paypal service.

Order Confirmation, Tracking and Invoices

• Confirmation - If you would like to confirm that your order has been successfully placed and/or sent, please contact Customer Service.
• Tracking - If you have placed your order, you can track it with shipping delivery company.
• Invoices - If you have a question about your invoice or payment, please contact Customer Service.

Shipping

Orders will be processed and shipped daily if received before 1pm PT (Pacific Time) for direct online order. InnoCyto reserves the right to select the best packaging and shipping method which will insure the stability of the product and allow efficient order tracking. Please store the products under the conditions indicated on the Product Data sheet upon arrival.

Return Policy

Please contact Customer Service within 3 business days regarding any items damaged during transit.

For all other returns, please contact Customer Service to obtain a return authorization form within 10 business days of order receipt. Upon receipt of authorized returned goods, a credit will be issued, less a 20% restocking fee or $20, whichever is greater, and the shipping and handling charge.
