Spectral Insight for Precision Flow Cytometry

The InnoCyto Fluorescence Spectra Viewer is an interactive tool designed to help researchers visualize and compare the excitation and emission profiles of today’s commonly used fluorophores. By overlaying spectra and reviewing peak characteristics, users can make informed decisions when designing multicolor flow cytometry panels, minimizing spectral overlap and optimizing signal resolution. This tool supports efficient panel planning and complements InnoCyto’s portfolio of flow cytometry–validated reagents.

How to Use the Spectra Viewer

  1. Select your application

Includes the option to select an instrument from the drop-down menu or create a customized instrument.

  2. Select fluorophores

Choose one or more fluorophores from the dropdown menu or search field. Press the Add Fluorophores button to show on the graph.

  3. Select lasers and filters (optional)

Enter the laser lines and/or filter parameters.

  4. View and compare spectra

Excitation and emission curves are displayed simultaneously, allowing you to assess spectral overlap and compatibility between fluorophores.

  5. Toggle display options

Use the controls to show or hide excitation or emission curves, adjust scaling, focus on specific wavelength ranges, or normalize to specific laser lines.

  6. Export or record results

Download a report or export images of wavelength information to support panel documentation and experimental planning.
