The antibody solution should be stored between 2°C and 8°C
Recommended Usage
For flow cytometric staining, it is recommended to use less than 0.2 ug of this reagent per 0.5-1.0 million cells in a 100 µL volume. Optimal reagent performance should be determined by titration for each specific application.
Background Information
CD45 is a receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase expressed on the plasma membrane of all nucleated hematopoietic cells, excluding erythrocytes and platelets. It is a critical signaling molecule regulating immune cell activation, growth, differentiation, cell cycle, and oncogenic transformation. CD45 constitutes a large proportion of lymphocyte surface proteins (~10%) and is essential for T- and B-cell receptor-mediated activation.
